Alfred Hitchcock's Dial M For Murder is coming to a cinema near you in modern 3D!

Filmed at a time when 3D was the next big thing, Hitchcock set to work using this new medium for Dial M For Murder. Based on a hit broadway play, production was completed in 1953. However, the film was unable to be released until the play completed its run by which time, in 1954, 3D had gone out of fashion. Most original audiences only saw the 2D version. As Hitchcock stated:

it’s a nine-day wonder, and I came in on the ninth day."

Must see this no matter where it's showing. Alfred Hitchcock is one of my favourite directors!

How do you like that? A politically-correct elevator.

Sweet. Loved Dial M For Murder, it's probably one of my favorites by Hitchcock. Can't wait to see how the 3D works for it.
