You might be on to something
But...
B.J. Britt left the cast already, its even been announced on the FB page.

It may be the Marvel Universe, but it's also Joss Whedon that shapes it, and you know what he does to characters when he's in charge

That was pretty smiley face.

Like, if I had been a professional reviewer, giving my review of Agent Carter...

I'd give it a :) / 10

Yeah, it was nice.  Even if they were a little heavy handed in reminding everyone that Peggy and Howard were in the First Avenger.

Might need to give that a watch tonight.

EDIT:  Today I picked up the comic SHIELD #1 today (it came out a couple weeks ago).  Introduces the AoS team (minus Skye and Ward), into the Marvel comic universe (or at least Earth 616), of which Coulson has already appeared.  But I have to say, this book is what I hoped AoS would be.  It's Coulson and his team supporting and working with the Avengers and other superheroes to protect the world.  No questioning whether Iron Man, Thor, or Captain America will make an appearance, because they do in this issue (although Iron Man isn't Tony Stark, Thor is a woman, and Cap is Sam Wilson AKA Falcon).  I highly suggest it to anyone who likes AoS.

Was it just me or were a few scene's a bit to vibrant? (or is it just how the 40's was like?) but nonetheless this looks to be a good start

Yeah, definitely. The first episode (which was really two episodes) was fun. What Agents of SHIELD is for the Avengers, Agent Carter is for The First Avenger. It kind of expands on the themes and tone of that movie. But I think Agent Carter is not restricted by the fact that it can't have Iron Man or Hulk because they don't exist yet. You're not looking for cameos, because they're having all the few characters that we want. Peggy, Howard Stark, Dum Dum Dugan and the Howling Commandos, there's not really anyone else you'd want to see. Maybe Toby Jones as Arnim Zola, or

But my point is, AoS has big expectations, where as you know exactly what to expect from Agent Carter, and it delivers exactly that. Peggy Carter kicking ass in a man's world, and hopefully showing the beginnings of SHIELD.

My name is Peggy Carter and I am the fastest woman alive. After five years on a hellish island, I fought in the war and lost the love of my life. I walk my path alone because, let's be honest.. Who would be crazy enough to walk it with me?

(Point is, I'm f*cking tired of these god damn intros. Show some f*cking innovation)

It's a network thing. They like to subscribe to the idea that every episode is somebody's first episode. And the earlier on in the show's life, the more new viewers there are.

They did the same with AoS, but if you've noticed, they stopped doing it as time went on. Not sure if they'll stop with Agent Carter, considering it's only on for a few weeks.

Okay so, if people like Agent Carter (Which they kinda do so far) ...

And if people like Ant-Man (Hopefully they do).

And the movie's lore is that Hank Pym retired after having been Ant-Manning it up in the 60s,..

Would it be too much to ask for a Hank Pym Ant-Man show set in the same time period as Agent Carter?

I mean ...His powers aren't exactly too expensive to do with a TV show budget. They just need a greenscreen.

Well, the rumors are that either Agent Carter will be picked up for a second season, or instead they're going to have another similar miniseries next year at this same time, based on something else. I could see a 10 episode mini series based on a young Hank Pym.

Am I the only one that hates agent carter? That show is boring, so boring, I'd rather watch old people doing it.

It's definitely not my cup of tea, but it's not terrible. I don't know if it's going to pick up and rope me in the way AoS did, but right now it's not.

Hank Pym developing the Pym particles and becoming Ant-Man would be a cool mini-series. But if they're going to do a miniseries in AoS Season 3's mid season hiatus, I'd want something more space related, maybe setting up Captain Marvel, or even a 6-10 episode series based on Planet Hulk?

It's pretty good.

Like, I mean it's good. I mean it.

...But there's really nothing to talk about. There's nothing for us to speculate about. There's no hinting or name dropping. It's just there.

Although this episode was MLG2intense #3spooky5me

And finally; RIP in Peace 80 people.

i thought she could have disposed of cap's blood better and i hope stark actually does help sousa with a better leg because it's a struggle to watch him be an agent who can hardly walk and hold a gun at the same time. i am liking the show as a whole though
