Purchased a bundle of GTA IV and EFLC from Steam at New Years. GTA IV is fine but TLAD and TBOGT seems to trigger the "drunk" / shaking camera (piracy precaution). To people who didn't read it properly I PURCHASED THE GAME FROM STEAM. The only thing I use is the commandline.txt trick to be able adjust graphics settings. Could this be the reason? If yes, is there a way to be able to play without shaking and on good graphics? If no, what could be the course of it?

I found the solution. After some research I found out that my Antivirus/Firewall Bitdefender was blocking SecuROM. After disabling Active Virus Control I was able to play EFLC without any problems. Hopefully anybody having similar problems can find this solution helpful. Watch this video.
