Wow man, you shouldn't put a whole GTA3.IMG file in there! It tooke me more than a hour for it to download :p in the future, just put the peds into a folder and write in the readme to just add them into the .img. I'll analyze this and hit you back but I guess I'll use the peds.ide to fix the issue with the invisible peds...

It was a mistake of mine, but as I was in a hurry to send it and how to remove it from gta3.img it would take a while because it is a mess so I sent it straight, I thought the download would not be slow since it took me 6 minutes to do the Upload and 4 minutes for dowload. I'll update the link soon and make it lighter.

So uh, you can use this version for yourself, it's fine, but I don't think I'll use a lot of this in my release :p though it would be nice if you could tell me which peds were done by YOU so I could pick those out ;)

The 6 that I added to Triad, 3 that I added to Varrio Los Aztecas, from FAM21 to FAM27, and in fact I did not create them, but I edited the originals by changing the colors of the clothes. From FAM 21 to FAM24 were created by Dyabda I edited the colors of the clothes and in the case of Ballas from BALLAS4 to BALLAS6 I picked up the originals of Dyabda I did not edit. You should have seen that I put the cleo codes in a single file, and made some changes that accelerate the appearance of the peds in the marked territories. If the territories of El Corona and Little Mexico are under control of Grove Street Families, members of Varrio Los Aztecas will appear as if Chinataw will appear the Triads as well as the other factions of Grove Street, I did this just to make sense within History about the game. I only shared with you so that you see if you take advantage of any of this.

I put 15 members in each faction a family supporters controls part of Wilofild I am thinking of putting more factions with 8 members each.

i put the mod into the modloader and the game crashed within 5 minuets. i decided to remove the mod folder but i screwed up big time where the gang warfare map is invisible while the gangs are still present (triads and aztecas are spawning throughout Los Santos and even in my own turf. 

 

(Update) it only corrupted a save. loaded other saves and thankfully they're not affected so i'll just go ahead and delete the corrupted save. no need to help me

For the people that have the same problem like @AtzlanSpear but didn't fix it by his way, try removing the FamilySupport.cs script. That worked for me.

I had a problem, I solved it by creating the neo family.cs with all the original mod cs files together in one, to solve an apparition of places elsewhere, without marking territory I changed the original popcycle of the game by O Offered by Mod.

Change the numbers in
0237: set_gang 1 weapons_to 29 31 24
But will need to change in all who have the numbers 29, 31 and 24 and if you are using the neo families should be a 6

You already know that 29 is from SMG 31 from M4 and 24 from Desert Eagle is just replace by numbers from other weapons.

Hey, I'm sorry if you've already answered this but I'm having troubles with gang car editor. For example I put a simple car like glendale, tornado and remington on Aztecas and the game crashes? Any ideas why and is there a way to fix this?

Oh, makes sense. It probably crashes on the other GSF gang turfs. If anything, make it just three cars, not more. Also remove the FamilySupport.cs from the CLEO folder.

One more question. Do the gangs attack each other in terms of taking over a territory? For example if I put all of the gangs to be friendly with me and they are all enemies to each other will they attack each others base?

Not really, they only attack the GSF and the GSF can attack others.

I putted the files in the modloader before installing the cleo and the mod seemed to work, but now that I installed the cleo the mod seems to work completely with all the gangs, gang areas and skins on the map, but all the files remain inside the folder Modloader. The mod works with all files inside the modloader folder but does it still need the cleo?

Is the invisible cj and peds glitch fixed already in this mod? i have been restraining myself from using it for months, but I'm eager to give it a try now.
