I wanted to create a GUI that could be accessed during gameplay, but I'm not sure which program to do it in.

PS: Not sure if I placed this in the correct location, but if not, please relocate it.

Hey Buddy,

What are your intentions? Personally i would use c# for the sake that its handles all dynamic memory for you so you don't have to worry about memory leaks. However c++ would be a little more quicker due to its low level capabilities

I suppose it would all come down to what language you are most comfortable with, i personally love c++ but for GTA mods i'd rather use c#. I'm not sure how you would use Java, but its not something i have looked into.

Good luck with what ever you intend on creating.
