I would like a GTA SA with maxed out limits, because I would like to combine Liberty City with SA. I know it's been done before but I would like to try for myself. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have experience in GTA mapmodding?
If not, then you should learn by realizing small projects

I do have experience in creating custom maps and importing older GTA III trilogy objects into GTA SA, but i do not know how to expand the limits to let me be able to add up to 199999 item ID's or making the map 6000*6000 insted of 3000*3000.

Map bounds limit has been cracked....but not fully with SALA 8. While you can go beyond the default boundary limit and place objects. The problem is when you look out to the ocean the objects will disappear, only to reappear when you look at SA again. There is another limit that hasn't been cracked. Been hoping for a long time for someone to fix this rendering problem.

That's indeed very impressive.
