So, I have a problem, my .txd and .dff files for my Hydra copy themselves up o 4 or 5 times, I delete all but one of each but they just copy themselves again. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Thanks for your answer, but I don't quite understand what you mean.
Oh that's right, I think this problem started when I tried adding a Sukhoi Su-37 mod that had hydra1.txd hydra2.txd in it's folder so I manually added that into gta3.img, and when it didn't work I unistalled it using Gta Sa Mod Installer, but I guess hydra1.txd and hydra2 and so on to 5 was still kept in gta3.img

There are better IMG Managing Tools you can use, such as IMG Manager, Alci's IMG Editor, Spark, etc. These are one of the most reliable tools. icon14.gif IMG Tool is just too old, and buggy.

Which do you recommend, well, I know you recommended all of them, but if you tell me which one you use then I feel I can trust it's ability more.

And I myself prefer the IMG Manager v2.0, though it's in beta-stage it's still reliable and seems to be a bit faster than 1.5. Try and suit yourself with what works best for you. smile.gif

There is no better tool than Fastman92 IMG Console for work with IMG.

The main problem is with your OS (Win 7) ..Either u can use Alci's IMG editor or fastman92's IMG console.. wink.gif
