Damn guys, I've never made it even past a full day (24 hours) and that is my max.

I've spent more than a day asleep though, do I win anything for that?

Now that is even more impressive, I mean staying awake you can force, but sleeping for hours and hours has always baffled me, how do you people do it? My friend can easily sleep 16 hours, and he's even slept 24+ after a crazy night out. If i've been asleep for 10 hours, my body will wake up no matter what, I rarely sleep over 8-10 hours.

Depends on your rhytm, lately I sleep between 8 and 12 hours every day.

I can also do fine with just 6 hours sleep though, but I prefer not too tounge.gif

When I'm ill (I mean really ill) I can sleep through a day with ease.

I'm pretty sure I can last over 48 hours. It really gets to you, though.

Woke up at 10 one day and went to sleep around 10 the day after. Simply skipped over a night of sleep at a supposed slumber party I had with my friends. Those were the days.

That's impressive, blitz, for your age.

Longest I've been was around 78hrs with about 3 30min nap sessions inbetween which at that time, I was so tired you really can't sleep, just to close my eyes burned like hell. Never again.. never again.

I can still put in acouple 30+ hrs at a time though.. but once I do sleep, it's over with. Don't bother trying to wake me up for atleast 12hrs.

80 hours max for me I was completely f*cked afterwards and slept for almost a whole day, I remember we went for a jog because we were bored at about 4 in the morning(I stayed round a friends for 3 days).
But on average day im up for about 30 hours before I decide to sleep.

I have problems like that too at times.

You may want to consult with your doctor.. perhaps he/she can help man.

About 26 hours.

I started hallucinating, seeing things and sh*t, and then everything got louder, I couldn't even walk without falling down or running into walls and sh*t.

Infact, I am tired right now. yawn.gif

Last year a friend 'crashed' at my place. Earlier that day, I had woken up at about 7am (I had to get ready for school since it was a Friday).

Anyways, long story short, at 2:30am we decided to try an all-nighter. We watched movies, TV, and played BF3 in my room until 8am when we went down to eat. My friend and I met up with someone else and we just hung out for a few hours... Oh boy did I feel like sh*t outside on that hot day. Finally I got home at around 1pm, and I wanted to rest for a few minutes. I fell asleep until 9pm, completely forgetting about the plan I made with my mother to visit her.

Yeah, you start to see and hear things about 2 or 3 days in. I kept hearing banging noises on my 4th day, almost like a loud bass drum. I also saw a lot of shadows and light reflections that weren't really there. I thought I was going blind because of the hallucinations, it was scary as hell. Going outside when it's sunny sucks too, it burned my eyes. I think I lost like 4 pounds over the course of the 5 days.

Two days, give or take a few hours. Went to a party at night, had to work at 8am, so just pulled an all nighter, but then I went to a party the next night.

I hear you bro, when I was younger I always, always wanted to pull off an all-nighter but could never manage it. I even tried to play GTA IV all night with my friend without sleep, we made it too 8am and both quite literally died. That was when the game was first released.

I was so surprised at myself making through an entire night, but 2 to 3 days just seems impossible, physically don't think I could do it. I will try at some point though, next time I have no college, going to get a sh*t load of weed and play Xbox for days on end.

Once i played EFLC on PS3 from 10 pm to 7:30 AM with only bathroom breaks, and then I fell to sleep after watching a movie at 8 am around 11 am.
Oh yeah and there was a full lobby of TDM around 6 am

Only for like 36 hours maybe... it was a friends party and whilst a few went to sleep, the rest of us just stayed up all night. It completely ruined my body though. I didn't feel good at all...

Yes I was actually familiar with this record ever since I read about it once. It would have even been better if he could have stayed up for 13 hours 46 minutes 40 seconds longer. Because then he would have stayed awake for 1 million seconds if I had done my calculations right.

Firstly I have to convert seconds to minutes so-
1 million by 60 = 1 6666 min and 40 seconds.

Secondly we must convert minutes to hours so-

1 6666 divided by 60 = 277 hours and 46 minutes.

Thirdly we must convert hours to days so-

277 divided by 24 = 11 days. 13 hrs.

Therefore 1 million seconds will be the same as:

11 Days, 13 hours, 46 minutes and 40 seconds.

I actually forgot to even mention the longest I've been awake in my first post and it was around 2 days when I had to do some charity work for the Acid Survivors foundation and Jaago. I also had a lot of school work at the time so during day time I helped out in charity work and I needed 2 all nighters in a row to keep up with school work.
