Bones not being imported 3DS Max Kam's Script

So I'm new to .dff modding. I imported the .dff into 3ds Max using Kam's script, before doing so I pressed the A button near skin character. I went onto editable mesh and deleted a chain from the character, then went back onto skin. I selected only the skin and clicked Skin/Bones export and exported it. When I put the mod in GTA San Andreas, the result was:

What am I doing wrong here?

The thing is the mod was already rigged, I just edited one thing on it and when I exported it, the whole thing messed up. Why is it happening?
