Have you ever cried from anything fictional, like a video game, book, show, movie?

Many times; I'm a pretty sensitive guy. 'Red Dead Redemption', 'Click' and 'The Green Mile' off the top of my head.

its weird but stress. under intense stress a few tears run. bodily reaction i guess. too much water retention.

BTW... Mike Tyson can't cry.

I don't cry. At all. Ever. I do get hugely emotional during certain movie scenes and other real life occasions (both happy and sad). I feel like I'm going to cry. But it just doesn't happen.

I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing though.

During Click, the ending was so sad, and Toy Story 3, where they almost died at the junkyard with the fire, and Hachiko: A dog's story, It's sad too.

When I found out that my grandmother died suddenly on August 29th 2012, inside I was floored, but I at first manged to hold the tears back. (Apparently, it was a massive heart attack). But later in the evening, the realization that I was never going to see her again hit me like a ton of bricks, and I completely broke down. I was inconsolable for a week. And then the funeral, oh god...  That had to be the worst day of my life, by miles.

Wow all that sounds terrifying and heartbreaking. sad.gif

You have no idea how painful it was...

Sorry for double posting.

Just watched Ghost and I cried like a baby at the ending while 'Unchained Melody' played in the background.

I'm sort of a sensible guy, even though most sensible things don't make me absolutely cry, I can get tears in my eyes quite easily, especially when anxious. The only time I've cried for something more legit was during the death of a relative, and what made me break down wasn't quite the death, but people crying all around.
Weird, lol.

Don't watch this movie if you own a dog (or 2). There will be tears and trauma...

Never cried to a movie or game. I can't see how a work of diction could cause end to cry or become emotional. And I've cried 3 or 4 times in my life from what I can remember. So yeah I don't cry much.

I cried A LOT during my later childhood years (around 8-11) due to some serious mental/emotional issues I had to put up with. These days I don't even remember the last time I cried. I get very empathetic when watching movies and playing games, sometimes to the point where my eyes water a little bit. However, the last time I remember genuinely crying (IOW, for good reason) was at my grandmother's funeral back in '06. Since then, I've felt like I've simply run out of tears.

Not much makes me cry.
I have only cried over 1 movie. But I was a kid. Less than 8 years old if I recall.
My aunty died due to brain cancer a few years ago and I didn't cry. I was quite upset but still couldn't cry.

No one close to me has died yet. Not something you ever want to happen, but maybe that is what will push me over the edge to cry again. Not that I want to experience something so horrific.

Since the age of 10 or so, If something makes me sad or depressed, I don't cry. I just get mad or annoyed.
