I wanna ask about TRIGGER PTFX function

as usual , I use the function : "START_PTFX_ON_PED" and end with "REMOVE_PTFX_FROM_PED" . But if I call that function too many times , PTFX overload,stuck and no longer start again unless I load the game again .
So I think the function "TRIGGER_PTFX" may fix my problem , right ?
But I can't find how to use it on GTAmodding.com , please help me about parameters .

if nobody answer it , i gonna answer it by myself .
It can solve overload problems .
