Hi,

please read this:

PlaySoundFromVehicle

PS: open "sound.dat15" with "Notepad++"! Check the lines from 7450 to 9370...

thanks for your help , I have downloaded Notepad++ and use it to open Sound.dat15 , It shows me just like notepad but It opens the file faster .
Anyway , I recently realize that This file can be opened by Notepad (available in your windows - no need to download) (No NEED Notepad++) , even though There are some characters can't be read , but The Characters we NEED CAN BE READ .
So the problem can be solved just with NOTEPAD - Silly me !!! biggrin.gif

Use "PlayAudioEventFromPed"...
CODE
PlayAudioEventFromPed("THUNDER_CLOSE", GetPlayerPed());

Don't forget to add the next lines to your scripting.h:
CODE

static void PlayAudioEventFromPed(const ch *audioName, Ped ped) { NativeInvoke::Invoke<NATIVE_PLAY_AUDIO_EVENT_FROM_PED, ScriptVoid>(audioName, ped); }
static void PlayAudioEventFromVehicle(const ch *audioName, Vehicle veh) { NativeInvoke::Invoke<NATIVE_PLAY_AUDIO_EVENT_FROM_VEHICLE, ScriptVoid>(audioName, veh); }
static void PlayAudioEventFromObject(const ch *audioName, Object obj) { NativeInvoke::Invoke<NATIVE_PLAY_AUDIO_EVENT_FROM_OBJECT, ScriptVoid>(audioName, obj); }

BTW: You don't NEED Notepad++ BUT it's a better editor smile.gif

Thank Skorpro for replying . That's very kind of you colgate.gif
There is a great TUT that shows how to play game sounds and provide an "sounds demo" script to help to filter and hear the sounds ingame.
