broken Handling.dat?

i installed realistic vehicle damage mod, but because it makes the car easily unmoveable (the body push the tire), i uninstalled the mod by copy the handling.dat backup and deleted the filelist.pak , but now sometimes when i driving a car, theres suddenly black smoke comes from the engine and the camera shaking like niko has drunk, does anyone have any idea to fix this, or someone could give me unmodded handling.dat?

or did i need filelist.pak? the modder never mentioned about back up the filelist.pak and i copy it in hurry so i thought it was new file

edit:
i copy the filelist.pak into wrong folder, thats why i think its new file, so i think the only problem is handling.dat

Sorry mate, but requesting original game files on this network is forbidden. Best would be to un-install the game.
Also, about your "drunken Niko" error, it usually appears when you have a pirated copy of the game. Do you? Besides, have you tried to remove your game settings?
