|^ The album is most likely worth purchasing for that song alone. I don't think I will be disappointed, but I am easily pleased.|
Yeah, that Nile Rodgers and Pharrell feature blends into their sound so well. I'm really feeling the late 70s, early Michael Jackson period vibe that it has going on. I hope the whole album features a soundscape of funk and groove. I always loved how Daft Punk was influenced by some of that, and it's great to hear they're just embracing it fully.

always loved Daft but their collaborations with current pop stars are sometimes questionable.
but if the rest of the tracks are HALF as good as Get Lucky then it will be a stellar album.

Still probably not the original track, but alright.

I have it on my YouTube but hope it won't get taken down.

It's basically the "Discovery" album in a film. Really good.

Shame the movie is made around the songs rather than the other way around.

Love his reaction to it though, finding out that you have a gigantic premiere in your show must be awesome.

I love the bass frequencies. It's really well produced, such a nice sound. It's not new music, I mean Daft Punk just nod to everything in the past, this track being a nod to all Disco/Funk/Michael Jackson..Not original but very very nice.
Love the guitar too. So clean and rhythmic.
Can wait to hear what track Giorgio Moroder has been working on. Moroder went in to the studio and asked why there was 3 mics. He asked the sound engineer why there was 3 mic. Engineer said something like "one is from the 60's, one from the 70's and one is modern." Moroder replied and said some like "But no one will notice!" and the engineer said, "Probably not, but they will" (Daft Punk)

|Had no idea it'd been that long. I assume their work on Tron: Legacy isn't taken into account here? I must admit that I couldn't really get into that,|
Really, I thought it was great. I liked that Daft Punk stayed on the dark side of music for the entire album.
The first time I listen to Get Lucky I knew right away it was Nile Rodgers on guitar. His tone, playing, and feel are like no other. It's a great song, and just like others have said, it has that MJ sound to it - the only type of disco that doesn't suck.

Same here, can't wait for the return of Daft Punk. And hey, seeing your avatar while listening to Aphex Twin myself, pretty curious.
