I'm wondering are you able to crouch. You probably have seen that 8-Ball crouches during Bomb da Base. Please, tell me if you know something about that.

it's not possible as far as I know, but there's probably a mod for that.

It's not 2001/2002 anymore, I thought that this is common sense but apperantly not. confused.gif

If it's not listed in the controls menu, it doesn't exist as a feature.

I found a topic about this where someone found a way to enable it (sort of): http://www.gtaforums...st&p=1058845286
Don't bump the topic, it's like three years old and you have nothing to add to it.

No crouching in GTA III which was one down side in the game. Vice City was the first one that had the crouching feature.

PK_LT, why do you post such spam topic? Man, everyone knows that Only 8ball, cops, some other bots and Claude after modding him with police code can crouch. This game is 2001/2002...

There was no crouching in the beta too.

I agree, it's really starting to become a bummer.

Hey, at least he keeps the GTA 3 forum alive.

OT :DK22Pac made a mod which gives you the ability to crouch with ALL weapons. Search and you will find.

@Th3MaN1 - The Chain Game is the only thing keeping the GTA 3 forum alive. These are topics that will get answered once and thats it.

OT: There are quite a few mods for Crouching. You cannot do it without mods

I followed that topic, enabled the crouching feature and recorded the video of it too.

No crouching in GTA III which was one down side in the game. Vice City was the first one that had the crouching feature.

I personally don't think crouching in VC served any functional purpose (other than slightly increasing the accuracy of Kruger, M4 and M60 in First-Person mode) because Tommy could not move while crouching and thus would easily become a vulnerable target. LCS and VCS did fine without crouching, same as GTA III (for me, at least).

The only game from the III era where crouching was something really useful was GTA San Andreas. This feature was taken to a new level there, allowing moving while crouching, more accurate aim with all weapons which didn't cancel the crouching stance, rolling and, of course, invaluable in sneaking and stealth.
