Notes:

Completed the Flying School tests with Gold .
You've got a phone call waiting.
The Rustler, Stuntplane & Hunter spawns in Verdant Meadows Hangar.
The Hunter can be used for the Vigilante side missions.
The Air Field or Air Yard missions are open.
The Airports are now open, as now you have the Pilot License!
The Flying Skill has updated up to about 65%.
Picked up an armor for you.
You should complete Zero's missions.
The Driving School could be finished too.
Saved at Verdant Meadows.

Game pad with twin axis analog controls (USB or Joystick Port).
