I've decided to make my own little guessing topic. Same rules apply for GTA games, you give clues and people try to guess the answer.

Anyone can start.

Way to be a shining example, OP. Also, let's try not to get too specific, kay guys?

I'll start us off with:

A wheel hub of sorts?

I'll go with a differential instead. Seems more in tune with the dimensions.

Some people could actually enjoy it. There's no need to be rude.

Don't be pissed because you don't know anything about car parts.

We have a winner! nic_23 got it right. It's the two rotors from a supercharger smile.gif Now it's your turn, nic_23!

Is that a Roots-type supercharger with strangely proportioned and sized lobes or one of those new-fangled Eaton TVS superchargers that basically simulate a Lysholm/twin screw design but without the linear scaling of power output?

It's a true twin-screw. The difference between a twin-screw and a roots-style is the fact that the rotors spin TOWARDS each other and compress the air inside the housing. Also, twin-screws are almost always in a male-female rotor pair; unlike roots type where the rotors are identical.

Looks like a really close up of the valves. Judging from the colors I'd say exhaust valves.
