246 Dino. Go good or go home. Though I find it suspicious that someone who has publicly advocated having five 500 cars suddenly has the money for a 50,000 one.

I wish I was able to buy a Ferrari, where do you work?
Also, if I were you, I would go for the 348.
And even though it isn't listed, it wouldn't hurt to think about a 512BB.

This topic is retarded. While you may now have a job where you could potentially buy a 35k car, the chances of you being able to afford the maintenance/repairs on a cheap Ferrari is rather doubtful. The pre-355 ones are pretty unreliable and even the more modern stuff isn't that great in that area. They're pretty fragile machines and typical repairs on them can cost as much as a decent car. Then there's the fact that your well paying job might not last (been there done that) so I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Don't buy a $30,000+ car just to impress people, all it does it make them hate you. Make sure you can enjoy it too.

So, you own a chain of McDonalds in Sweden, yes? I can't fathom how you could possibly be convinced that you'd be able to afford maintenance on any of the above cars, slinging burgers?

Good luck with this. I look forward to seeing the Nissan Micra that you actually buy. Is it really sensible to spend an entire years earnings on an old Ferrari?

If I had 35 large, I'd just get myself an E92 335i and leave the rest for repairs, tax, insurance and fuel.

Don't think he cares what you want, he wants to buy a Ferrari then let him buy. Its his own problem if he doesn't have the resources after to maintain it. How about give him some advice then which one to buy.

Definitely the F355, it was very high praised at the time iirc, plus it looks great and isn't too old.

Don't just buy a ferrari for the sake of buying one. You will end up being disappointed. Have you ever driven any sports car let alone a ferrari? If not I'd advise you to first do that and get a feel on how the car handles and feels. I have a mate who ones did so he bought a relatively cheap (50k) used bright red Ferrari 360 Spider and after showing of the outside trying to make us jealous he decided it would be a good idea to show what was under the hood so he and his girlfriend at the time got in the car he slammed his foot on the gas, tried to make a turn, he lost control and the car "tipped over". Luckily they were both fine but it could've ended much worse.

Anyway If you really want to buy one expect to pay at least 50k + and probably more maintenance costs are high.

Remember, the cheap Ferrari to buy will end up being the most expensive to own. I would stick with a 1/24 model until you can buy and own a decent one.

That's just as if you set up a topic "Which way should I kill myself?" and instead of actually preventing you from suicide I just went ahead and said "jump off a large building".

Pavlov had a 575m a while back he bought for a deal with the intention of flipping for a profit. IIRC, after the cost of the maintenance and basic repairs it needed, he just barely broke even on it when he sold it. sh*t is out of this world as far as repair cost go.

Which, along with similar Mondials, are basically the cheapest Ferraris in existence. Mid engine 2+2's = no bueno for Ferrari enthusiasts.

Should be noted that his was total sh*t as well and didn't last through that episode.

But i believe he restored it, or at least fixed it... I saw it in one other TV show where they crashed it for puns or something.
