| I also hate my net.|
Like anyone would be experiencing my internet speeds, it would be awful dude. I don't wanna show mine, too embarrasing.
I wish I could change from BayanTel to Globe Telecom or SmartBro for faster connections.

Yep, and this is at night when almost no one else in my home is using it. So this result is much better than it usually would be.

Well, since my house got high-speed internet in 2006 (which was when they introduced it to our town), I've gotten around 6 Mbps. It was the fastest speed they had available at the time.
Our ISP has introduced faster speeds in recent years, but we haven't upgraded due to us being on a very tight budget, and the prices being exuberant ($80 for 8 Mbps), but my mom apparently signed a two year contract this week, and in addition to reducing our bill, they have given us a faster speed free of charge, 10 Mbps:

Damn, my school network is a LOT faster than my home one. Though I'm using ethernet now and we all have our own IPs.

Mine is pretty sh*tty... there are times when it totally lags and drops to 2MBps, and I'm unable to play GTA:O...

Here's the Local schools Fibre optic connection Vs my Telstra ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line)
Schools Fibre Optic connection (Wireless)
School's Fibre optic connection (Wired)
N/A at this time but will post one soon if thread is still alive!
Schools Fibre Optic Conenction (Congestion) - When there's loads of people using the network at once and when the fibre network begins to bottleneck.
My Telstra ADSL (Thank Heaven's i'm due to get 100/40Mbit Fibre optic soon!)
My ADSL speeds are like this because i'm very far from the local telephone exchange and because i'm using wifi from my bedroom (which is about 70 - 80% signal strength. I've done wireless speed tests from our lounge room which is closer to the router and reached speeds of 6Mbits. )
