quick question about object numbers

So I just figured something out the hard way. Some of you are probably going to want to smack me in the head.

I've been trying to combine a couple big mods to my install and have of course been having trouble getting everything to work right. So I then started removing individual pieces at a time and testing everything until I finally got everything to work right. And just now I realized after looking at everything again, the items that I removed just so happened to have the same label numbers as other items in other .ide files. lol...

So my question is are these numbers defined in the .dff files or somewhere else? Or can I just simply change them? Because I tried changing one just as a test and the game won't load. I used notepad++ and changed all entries of the item globally in the .ide and .ipl file so I know I didn't miss anything.

nvm I raised the limit in the limit adjuster, now it works. Awesome biggrin.gif
