In the mission Chinese Takeout, when Luis and Tony go up to make the deal, they meet Billy Grey (who is betraying Johnny). As Luis walks past Billy, he calls him a "greaseball f*ck"
The definition of greaseball is:
a person of Italian descent; - used as a derogatory ethnic slur, and considered offensive.

Why would he call Billy that? He clearly isn't Italian.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, he says it at 4:07 in this video.

Usually 'greaseball' does refer to an Italian, but I guess it could be used in other senses. Billy probably isn't the most hygienic fellow out in the world and is obviously gritty and battered, so maybe Luis is referring to uncleanliness and how Billy is not as well-styled like Luis, at least in Luis' eyes.

i think he just don't know who billy is, or (better possibility) billy grey was actually supposed to be Italian instead of Irish, but because of ray boccino, they changed it? i mean i ain't never met no black/African-American man named fitzgerald... and we saw that the character had clearly Caucasoid features in gta iV.

Well, the Greasers in Bully WERE a bunch of kids who loved to trick out bikes and cars. Luis called Billy because of his love for bikes.

My impression is that Luis thought Billy was trying to intimidate him when he said "Boo" right before he called Billy a "Grease Ball f*ck".

Same, I was under that impression too.

Correct!!!! Why it took so long to get to that conclusion only highlights the ignorance around these forums. Half the posters are not old enough to buy the game icon13.gif

Good topic and question. According to an urban dictionary, it also means:

greaseball
This originally refers to italians. But generally it can be anyone who does not wash his or her hair.

And Billy, Johnny, etc are all kind of filthy and scruffy. Billy was probably smelling bad, too.
