This idea springs from GTA II like options. Since R* says we play each character, the direction I want them to take is one similar to what they have already made well on.

In Grand Theft Auto 2 the game ploys the character with three gangs. In Grand Theft Auto V this should be quite the same, while the story line depends on each character working together, in reality the game should be that each respectively hates each other since each is working to become the kingpin of their own side. Before even entering the map the player will pick what character to manipulate.

Each head would be dependent on their territory and the conflict of expansion of their business among the other sides. The story complete interaction would always be dependent on what "power" the player left each character with throughout their playtime. Example being, you leave Trevor out to make meth while playing each other character strong, selecting to play as Trevor will then result in an extremely difficult game of struggle to gain your lost ground from having only Molotov Cocktails from gasoline and Corona Bottles to throw.

For those who played GTA II, who are you?

Franklin - Urban, Trevor - Redneck, or Michael - Corporate Politics

or choose pedestrian to spectate

I'm none of them, and LS and surrounding areas doesn't really fit the area I live in, so ped doesn't count for me either. I voted Michael anyway since his place of residence is the most similar to mine...

That would be kind of neat to play as chop for a mission or two.

And go around peeing on fire hydrants and pooping on the sidewalk. Scratching our nuts by dragging our a$$es along the ground. Sticking our head out the car window barking. Yeah....could be fun. WOoof! WooOOF! Is Snoop Dog in the house? No. It's just me wanting to go outside and sh*t on the neighbor's lawn because I hate that ugly bi**h!.

OT:
I'm nothing like none of them so far. I'm not a yuppie. I'm not black. And I'm not a meth-addicted psycho killer. That being said, I think there might be something relateable to all protag's, but who knows yet?

I dunno I tend to be a bit neurotic at times so, Michael, I guess.

There should be a version of this that includes all main and supporting characters in the franchise.

Edit: Wait a second... this poll wasn't what I thought it was, it was posted months before the game was released and poses an interesting scenario... eh, Michael either way.

I bet 99% of those who voted they`re Trevor are teens sitting in their parents` basement in their jammies. LOLOL

As for me, I`m Michael all the way. The life story is strikingly similar, minus the criminal aspect, though I`m nooooo saint.

Voted Franklin because he's the youngest and coolest. I'm also a bonafide GTASA fan. I also like Trevor, because of his loyalty (to Michael), and he's an industrious businessman and honest.

I would say a mix of Mike and Frank - I'm mellow but I have an annoying/cheeky bitch on my back. I also have leadership qualities but if the right peer comes along I am not afraid to take the follower role in order to learn something :)
