rolleyes.gif YES YES YES YES!!!!!! I finally found out how to make tip v2 mod work on an outdated pc without the high resolution
and making the gta3.img larger.

This is how to do it. (YES YES!!!)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tutorial

1) Download Gimp (it is a photo editor)
2) Download TXD Workshop
3) Open the T.I.P. Mod's Player.img
4) Extract The Face,Torso,Legs,Hands, and Feet to .BMP
5) Open the extracted files with GIMP
6) Click on IMAGE in the top and select Scale Image.
7) Scale the image to a low resolution.
8) Click on FILE and select export.
9) Go back in TXD WORKSHOP and import the images you just exported into your original player.img
10) In TXD WORKSHOP save the file you imported.

REMEMBER TO REPLACE THE DFF FILES FROM THE MOD INTO YOUR GAME.
------------------------TIPS ON SCALING IMAGES---------------------------------------

To scale your legs, scale it to 128x256.

To scale your face, scale it to 256x256

To scale your torso, scale it to 256x256

To scale pants and shorts, scale them to 128x256

To scale shoes you can just scale them to 200x200
