Copy it into Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files/texdb, game read that files instead from .obb file.

well, GTA3Mobile TXDs already supported by TXDf*cker. Not all compressions, but UNC and DXT works fine.

I can't because it's buggy... i mean it's unplayable at the moment.

•You go to veh_hi.img something like that and delete the dff and add but be sure your dff is not over 1mb because the game will not load it and will crash
•So got that done rebuild it and use txd f*cker and load up the .pvr.dat ios or android some thing like .dat to and for vehicle texture add the files you extracted from .txd from the vehicle using Txdworkshop.

Placing anything from the IOSfiles.zip in the root of the gtavc folder will overwrite the iOSfiles one. The game isn't very friendly with texture mods. Not friendly with maps mods. Not friendly when you damage modded cars. GTA SA DFFS work with the game (cars and maps. Only issue is it doesn't properly place textures). Cars over 3mb (I think) don't work.

Sorry for double post. Nick, I definitely know what you're talking about. Do you think that VC mobile has some kind of mobile DFF? I know the dffs won't load in 3ds max but do you think something needs to be written to turn those PC dffs into mobile dffs to stop the random crashes?

I think GTA VC mobile modding isn't as big as it should be because of the difficulty of modding it and how unstable the game becomes when modified

The only thing I notice most of all is the car suspension is softer in mobile and handles more real life

I try to mofide with V1.3 but its still not shows the blood smoke etc.. If some one have a iPad 2 or 3, and they give me they gta_vc.set? I need 2,4KB and the PC file is 1,7 KB.

Mine works with the pc .set, I just change the owner to root with ifile

iOS version updated to the latest patch.

GTA VC 10th Anniversary Extra Launcher v0.6:
Only for game version - iOS: 1.3, Android: 1.03
Tweaks included:
- No intro fix
- Properly disabled fading
- Disabled cutscene borders and black tint
- Helicopter height limit increased to 400.0
- Disabled memory warning at startup(ios)

Installation for iOS:
1) Setup a connection with your iDevice with WinSCP, tutorial here or here.
2) In WinSCP, go to /private/var/mobile/Applications/2F3E897A-031C-4D44-8845-34D123CECF67/gta3vc.app/ (numbers could be different, i guess)
3) Copy downloaded gta3vc to [gta3vc.app] folder.
4) Open terminal.

CODE
chmod 775 "gta3vc"
Then press execute.

Close.
5)Respring, to avoid crash, and start the game.

Installation for Android:
Just install APK as usual.
Download iOS version | Download Android version

I assume it would be both the Xbox textures and the overlays?

edit: that reminds me, I wonder why Rockstar used the Xbox textures on like everything, and then added HQ Overlays, ...but left out the Xbox wheels?
