And not enough IQ points, apparently.

Why is that? I'd rather game with family members and have fun, some family members that I haven't seen in years. I'd rather game with them instead of a f*cking stranger. Say what the f*ck you want to say man. And worry about what the f*ck you are doing.

Well maybe your family members need to grow a brain too. There is an alternative to Xbone that is more powerful, cheaper and doesn't try to f*ck you over.

Anyway, you guys remember that Xbone exclusive from Crytek? Ryse: Son of Rome or something. It's going to have a multiplayer mode with microtransactions. But there's more. Microtransactions to buy random items. So you don't know what the f*ck you're getting for real money. Isn't that just wonderfully disgusting? A $60 game with random items microtransactions.

Well, next-gen is off to a terrible start. What's next in this f*ckin' industry, I wonder.

It doesn't really matter if its mores powerful, all that power will be seen in exclusives, in multiplats(which we play) we won't see a f*cking bit of difference. Cheaper I'lll give you that as the PS4 doesn't come with a Kinect like device. As for f*cking you over, the DRM was there as the fact that you could install the entire game and not need the disc. Imagine if they were like "Okay f*ck it, we'll allow you to install the whole game, so,you don't need the disc, but we won't check to see if you're the one who actually bought it." How many people do you think would actually buy the games after that? People would just pass around the game and never spend a dime.

Microsoft are sticking to their guns regarding Kinect integration in the Xbone. I wonder if that has anything to do with the success Kinect had in the digital arts community, especially in, go figure, Macs. Kinect for Windows, no matter how interesting on paper, was a resounding failure. Would this factor in the decision to stop selling them in separate? Because chaining them to the Xbox was inevitably going to raise the price of the hardware package.

Then the next day - http://www.gamespot....-report-6413769

Also there's a report that Microsoft is "considering" adding the feature to sell your digital games, if this ends up coming into the Xbox One I will honestly buy this first even though I'm a huge fan of Sony. I've been buying mainly digital content since Sony first introduced it on their console to the point where 85% of the games I bought so far this year (close to 50) were digital.

Xbox One's Kinect voice commands will only function in 5 countries at launch.

Ridiculous. First they limit the console to only thirteen countries at launch, and now less than half of them will be able to use one of the biggest supposed selling points of the system.

So you can't just use the voice commands in English? Is that what you're telling me?

It's not a question of speaking English, considering that Australia, New Zeland and Ireland are three of the countries that won't have access to the voice commands at launch. For whatever reason, if you live in any of those eight countries, you simply will not be able to use the voice commands no matter what language you speak.

Actually OXM opened up the console , there is some parts that they didn't show so it could be the second GPU

Nope no dual GPU. The big chip on the right surrounded by RAM chips is the APU which contains the CPU and graphics core.

Well, it seems the Xbox One is not going to support external storage at launch.

QUOTE
The Xbox One will ship with the 500 GB hard drive, all of them have that. The future plan is definitely to support external storage much like we do on the Xbox 360. My understanding is that feature will not be there at launch, because the team is working on some other things, but it is definitely on the list. I don't know when it will come in though

Probably, as they already did that with Xbox 360, which at the beginning could use only HDD and memory cards. Possibility to use flash memories as external storage came along with some dashboard update (NXE?).

f*ck!!!!
That game really has me leaning towards an X1 earlier than I had planed.

I half wonder if MS gave DR2 as a free for gold game just to get people all wanting to play DR3...I say that only because that is currently what is happening to me. I totally enjoyed Case Zero, and I am digging DR2 after having avoided it since the series was released.

Oh Microsoft. Rushing out Dead Rising 3 to attract gamers for the launch. This game so far had horrible performance, all they ever said was that it was an "old build", no way they will fix all the performance issues within only 2 months.

I remember another game that was rushed so it could be released on Xbox 360 back in the day. GUN. It could have been a lot bigger and better.

The game play video from yesterday made it look worlds better performance wise. Although it does look like there were some sacrifices with graphics.

Using their old school engine on a next Gen console is a bit odd, but if we are looking at DR as just the fun that it is, it should be cool. Some of those combo vehicles looked like a blast. Open world with no load screens is pretty cool.
