To run GTA IV at 1680x1050 smoothly at max settings?

Like the most cheap computer ever that can run this at 60fps+ at max.

I got this:
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 4890 1GB - $65 (used)
CPU: i5-2500k - $200 (new)
MOBO: Biostar H61MLV2 LGA1155 - $46 (new) (supports DDR3 1600MHz 2 slots)
RAM: Kingston Hyper X Blu - $40 (new) (2 sticks = 8GB, DDR3, 1600MHz)
PSU: Thermaltake Power Supply - $52 (600W, not a sh*tty brand)

The case and everything else that is minor is not included. So that's around $403. (Including the case and everything else it can go up to $600)

You should get a P67 or Z68 based mobo so you can OC that CPU. GTA 4 is very CPU dependent.

Yeah. Getting a highly overclockable CPU and a mobo with absolutely no OC capabilities is kind of nonsense.
