You mean Turismo?

Sorry for late reply, but no, I really did mean Infernus:

But now that you mention it, it does look similar to the GTA SA Turismo, too.

I think the Infernus is very NSX:

The Infernus is 95% NSX. Actually, I'd say that it's one of, if not the car that looks the most like it's real life version. Even the wheels are pretty similar.

Yeah, it'd help to even know what the car is in real life, since I don't know sh*t about vehicles other than my Subaru Legacy that I drive, I couldn't exactly put a model to the design in SA, it just had similarities to the SA Infernus to my eye at first glance.

That reminds me, if they ever make another GTA in the 90s, the SA Infernus should return as Dinka Jester (as the one introduced in GTA V is the newer counterpart).

And also bring back the Supra under another name.

Kind of a swaparound between the 3D and HD era, but would be consistent within the HD era.

This one. These are in fact two sedans, but apart from the front panel, they are identical, so I'm not sure if these were suppose to be two different cars or just one. The red one is new, the white one is copied from MP3.

Believe me, they'll screw everything up again if they do a 90's game and will probably switch around the names again. They love to be dicks because they can.

I don't think they'd want, though, to make the 90s Infernus a NSX in HD universe.

Exactly, have a little faith. The only changearounds are between the universes, not within. Between them, they can do whatever they want - look how many cars were changed when IV came out. Emperor became a large Cadillac, Uranus became a Fox body Mustang, Perennial became a modern MPV and so on, Buffalo became a modern Dodge Charger.

I don't see any model changes that don't make sense between IV and V, except maybe Huntley S, which still had some explanation why is it suddenly branded an Enus.

There's also the Buccaneer, but I believe it's because the one in IV was already a different generation Buick Riviera.

Buccaneer in IV was Monte Carlo, more or less the same car as in SA. Blade was a boat in TBoGT, now it's car again as in SD era.

I'm pretty sure the Uranus is mainly an Escort.

Talking about the Buffalo, they really should have swapped it's name with the Ruiner.

Well, anyway, the point is, most times, the changes made sense. The cars could be totally different, but most times, still the same type.

The overall body is very 80's Mustang.

Actually, I'm pretty sure that's an Alfa Romeo 75/Milano:

2010-alfa-romeo-milano-and-2011-giulia-c

And the Uranus was a mix of the Fox Mustang and a Cosworth Escort/Sierra, so you're both right.

I wonder if the Stinger will still have a computer console in the NG version of the game.

I don't think so. If they're redoing the interiors, they'll likely do a proper one this time. Besides, it'd look too weird with the working gauges and wheel. Specially if there is 1st person view.

you know i think the blade in gta5 is more based on a ford of the 60s.

it looks more like a 65 ford falcone as a 1960s gasser but it has 65 mustang tail lights.  ebay399564_zpsf80009b6.jpgBlade_2_zps4fed1b12.jpg0_0_zps3b8750a3.jpg65-C_zps4790d8df.jpgdillions65_zpsae9d72fc.jpgd9904627c74ce9c497fb54766c539dc7_zps53bdth_zps52f73717.jpeg[/URL][url=http://s1222.photobu...nathan656/mediadillions65_zps8de1ff31.jpg it also has injection volisaty stacks sticking out of the hood and i think it has front fender well headers to but i could be wrong.   anyway     although both the 67  olds cutlass and 65 ford falcone front ends are mixed togather. this is CLEARLY a 65 ford falcone gasser and NOT A CHEVY IMPALA. as for the head lights they could come from any 1960s muscle car such as the 66 chevy chevelle. so here are some pics for comparason.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the tail lights were pulled from a Dodge Demon

yeah that does look correct on the blade except theres some chrome trim around the lenses. some thing you see on ford mustangs of the 60s. but any way its cool they did the blade as a ford falcone rather than an impala or a boat. and this time its a drag raceing gasser. :colgate: ps. theres 3 things i wish they put in the game and at ls customs in sp 1]more  color tint glass. options

2] more classic cars and trucks.

and 3] dragster slicks, chassis lift kits, and the ability to change the size of both wheels and tires to any size you want. like in one of the street racing games i guess mid nite club had it. or some other game did.

In case R* added the clean Voodoo, I wonder if they'd give an option at LSC to add golden bumpers/fenders. The golden ones in IV looked amazing.

Don't count on it. Cavalcade and Primo also had gold trims in IV and none of them is present in V despite two aforementioned cars being in the game.

I'm still looking forward to a Coquette Cabrio. I was driving my red targa a few minutes ago and there were Coquettes everywhere. I want a Coquette that nobody else has.

Though looking at an earlier post, I really think this Coquette will be something tied to the flight school. But let's hope not and it's actually some kind of new variant added on the side.

Slight offtopic - someone at GTA Wiki is changing every single vehicle page to refer to vehicles that appeared across 3D and HD Universes to "First Generation/Second Generation" and so on. Goddammit, that's not how vehicle generations work at all in context of how fans describe it.

Oh, come on, wouldn't you say this could only be the work of a generation change, since both cars are totally the same?

I wonder why there is no Premier from San Andreas remake (Chevrolet Caprice). Isn't that car quite common in USA?

You know what, GTA IV had better customization than GTA V even if it didn't have customization. If you used the trainer, you'd see there are much more variations for most cars, and it had a terciary color system, while GTA V only has secondary/pearlescent.

Back when the Franklin trailer was released, I envisioned the customization being similar to the modified cars in IV, only with more options like NOS, neon, more parts, and a few more in-depth options. Boy was I wrong.

Fun part is, with the trainer, you can not only choose whatever combination of modifications you want with any paintjob, but also add NOS, underglow and hydraulics.
