I have a re-textured desert but from a distance, the landscape is still the original textures. I went through the gta3.img archive like 4 times and can not seem to find the texture file(s) for desert LODs. Now I'm wondering if it even exists. If it does, can someone please tell me the file name(s)?

Thanks,
-Midnightz

You can always find such things with MEd. Instead of rendering normal models and textures, you can change the settings to render LOD objects by going to View > Long Distance. There you can select any object you want and it's LOD model name will appear (Lod .dff and .txd) smile.gif

Any time pal wink.gif FYI, you can set MEd to display LODs, 2dfx lighting, display models with/without textures, display alpha effects and you can set MEd to display models in wireframe smile.gif
