Bored of empty sky in Liberty City? Guess what? ThirteenAG was too, so he asked me if i want to convert my VC Sky Full of Stars! to GTA3. I said 'why not?' then he said 'hell yeah!' ...and we converted this lil thing for ya all. Mod works the same way as its Vice predecessor was, TOBJs switched on at night time. Installation even simpler than before. Hope you will like it wink.gif

So this time Liberty City sky looks awesome, there is no empty space above player's head but beautifull sky full of stars! Take a look at the screenshots below, smile.gif...

Well i can port it, but there are two things...

- area in SA is much bigger than in VC or III, so skybox model would need to be adjusted also flyable maximum height probably higher than skybox right now is, so i d need to take some "compensation" on that ...but i already have an idea how to override it without loosing sight on top of skybox from ground ;]

- one thing annoys me, i bet when i port this to SA, then guys from ENB screenshot thread will use this mod for taking great screenshots in their competitions etc. , and so far when i contacted author of mentioned topic to add my Vice City Sky Full of Stars! to the graphic enhancements mod list on the first page, he just ignored me, i PMed guy twice with request to add it and even someone else did in topic, but mod is STILL not added onto list ...not good enough i guess or someone is having me deep in the ass, so as for now i have no reason nor motivation to port it to SA

I have III in my system so I think I gonna give it try. It will be incredible for SA as well. Did you thought of making clouds and stars at now night or just clouds for daily routine ?

Clouds are kind of non sense, due the fact not always weather in game is in fact cloudy, and via TOBJs there is only possibility to define which hours will object be instanced, independently from weather state

For San Andreas, couldn't you just make a 1000x1000 coord dome and make it follow the player through a little coding?

Here are the two versions I was talking about earlier for SA that are 'buggy' .. Other users have reported experiencing these bugs as well as me :

This version, is apparently a FIXED version for Shemer's. Users have experienced the stars appearing/disappearing all the time.

Thats exactly what i thought about to overcome this greater tna vice height.... but 1kx1k d be a bit to small, idk right now, we ll see whats it gonna be in next week thus i don't have much free time this one wink.gif

This mod supported Xbox Mod?
I install this mod on Xbox Mod + GTA 3 HD Cars
And my game loading success but his crashing turn.gif
(Xbox Mod + Cars by Onepiace - best working!)

Well, maybe ThirteenAG could point you to what problem could be, cuz i made this originally for VC and then it was ported to gta3, i don't have 3 installed nor this mod consequently, so i can hardlyhelp. But i think mod itself does not or shouldn't interfere or collide, at least i can't imagine in what way it could...

It contain some other map changes, so maybe that's the problem.

Maybe they have some collinding IDs from other mods, but that's just a guess
