I noticed in the mission "Slaying with Fire", you get attacked by another helicopter and it looks like the buzzard from TBoGT.

Is it the buzzard from BoGT?

Well, we should take in consideration that Chinatown Wars came before Ballad of Gay Tony.

Also, @zoo3891, CTW has half-assed graphics, so it wouldn't surprise if it wasn't identical to the Buzzard.

That chopper looks like a hybrid of Buzzard, Sparrow and Maverick.

No, Chinatown Wars events are after the events of GTA IV. You might want to do some research a little bit.

He meant when the game came out not where the story takes place.

I still don't see what makes you guys think it looks at all like a Buzzard. The only aesthetic similarity I see is how the skids sort of stick out to the sides.

Besides, according to TBoGT the helicopter that Luis stole was a prototype. I doubt there'd be any other version of it out there, especially not for being brought into combat against another armed helicopter.

Buzzard was in GTA V Trailer 2 and a screenshot too.

GTA V takes place four or five years after GTA IV and Chinatown Wars, and in OP's screenshot it's an enemy helicopter. Chinatown takes place about a year after IV, I don't think that a military prototype is capable of being brought into combat over the streets of Liberty City the year after it was introduced.
