I've stopped caring anyway, GTAV was so short and online was such a disaster that having it on PC won't change that

I have been playing the game, quite literally, non-stop for about 3 days now.

I have not beaten it still. And I don't really fail missions anymore, now that I've kind-of-sort-of got used to a controller.

i actually mean it when I say non-stop. Like 5-7 hours sessions in the middle of the night. And just yesterday, the entertainment value of the game helped me get my sleeping schedule back, as I have played it for the rest of the day to stay awake.

How "sh*t" or "unfinished" the game is has been exaggerated to absolutely no end on these forums. It has problems. I'll be cliche and say that every game has problems. It's pretty obvious.

It's a fun game with a fun story, fun cinematic gameplay and very pretty (sometimes downright beautiful) graphics for the hardware's age. What else must you ask for?

People keep going on and on saying "OH THIS ISN'T A GTA GAME! ROCKSTAR HAS LOST THEIR WAY!"

It's all a load of anguish-induced, butthurt bullsh*t. The game is more than worth the wait on PC because of how literally colossal and endless the modding possibilities are. So many features to be tinkered with, so many things to improve or add onto.

It will be glorious.

We are the mustard race.

And now I want a hot dog.

There will always be opinions, why?

Because everyone has a different approach.

OT: The announcement for PC seriously should arrive before by Christmas at most!

If it surpasses that, then sh*t that means we will need to wait probably a month or 2 weeks more.

Also, why is that Rockstar are bring such assholes about this?

I mean look at Ubisoft, they stepped up and told everyone clearly that there is a PC Version of Watch-Dogs coming out with Console release as well.

Why can't Rockstar do the same?

Is it because of GFWL?

Is it Because Take-2 is being obnoxious and telling Rockstar to hold back?

Well, all I could say is that the best we can hope for is an announcement Soon!

When the opinions are almost nothing but overwhelming amounts of distaste and unpleasant behavior, you tend to get sick of them and decide to bluntly display your own. A sort of venting, if you will. I completely understand honest criticisms and complaints, obviously. Just the ridiculously overblown sh*t that simply drives me mad. How exaggerated it all is in the GTA V section.

Not to say there's no positivity. Of course there is. There's some fun threads here. Just not enough, I would say.

And I honestly do not know anymore. Their silence is fascinating to me at this point. Who can stay silent for this long after so much demand has been made evident through so many sources? I mean sure, that petition stopped growing a while ago (I think it's at 640k signatures or something), but I see new articles about the PC version every other day when I google for some news on the topic.

Regardless, they'll have to say SOMETHING very soon. Games for Windows Live is shutting down and they need to at least let us know what the plan is for the future of Rockstar titles on PC.

Most likely just Social Club. Hopefully Steamworks.

No... sadly no... that happened to me already like 2 months ago and it seems like they didnt fix it.

Or maybe they changed their opinion right that day? IDK.

Edit: I just checked and it allows me to enter the site perfectly, you're sure its not your side of the connection? Cause I can browse the GTA V page just fine here.

- so many time has passed ... i've manage to fully upgrade my rig (well one more HDD and one more SSD is required but it'll wait) ... of course, monitor was the last thing, i went with Dell U2713HM (27" res 2560x1440) and i must tell it is total crap of monitor, full of cross hatching and backlight bleeding ... returned it and took ASUS PB278Q, also 27" and res 2560x1440 and it is phucking brilliant, love it, running my SLI so smooth

- after all this time i was not present and as much as i can see there is still no a single damn word about PC version ? not a ONE word ? my God ...

- Xerukal, please, don't spoil me, just tell me is it possible to buy safehouses and garages in GTA V (beside ones that you get by default) ?

I don't care about the Christmas gifts, screw all that crap I don't care about. All I want is a PC announcement of GTAV, that would be the best present for me. Anyone agrees?

You can buy bussines and garages.

Most of them have special stuff for you (you get money weekly or get cheaper car upgrades or get free taxi drives...)

There are a few (one for each) garages (still there are some) and a lot of other buildings ranging from barely few thousand dollars to buy to companys that cost over 100m to get. For companies you have to do missions for them to increase the money they pay you weekly ,or if you dont do them, get less money.

I can feel it, we are close to PC version announcement. Because when i looked on R* support twitter page, they say this: "Keep an eye out for info on that on our newswire page: http://www.rockstargames.com/newswire " also to very different questions about some "Give Cash" option, Heist and new updates. So they acknowledge the existence of a PC version. Now it is time for an announcement, hopefully tomorrow or next week would be awesome.

I can feel it, we are close to PC version announcement. Because when i looked on R* support twitter page, they say this: "Keep an eye out for info on that on our newswire page: http://www.[/size]rockstargames.com/newswire " also to very different questions about some "Give Cash" option, Heist and new updates. So they acknowledge the existence of a PC version. Now it is time for an announcement, hopefully tomorrow or next week would be awesome.

The day before yesterday people were saying the same.
