R* North is actually working on GTA V for actual consoles (PS3/Xbox360 version). This guy is working for R* Leeds, that is specialized in the production of game for handheld consoles. But R* Leeds has also developed PC version of L.A. Noire, so that's what make me think it'll happen the same thing with GTA V.
They've got every studio working on GTA V, the linkedin thing is not indicative of a PC version in any way. The PC version is a given though, they would have to be the stupidest company on the planet not to release GTA V on steam which has just as many active users as any given console (for the people who think PC crowd is small, it's actually bigger than any single console alone, with older and usually more mature crowd. I think that's because maturity usually comes with intelligence, and you can't be that intelligent if you buy already-outdated consoles to play mediocre games when the games worth playing all come to PC anyway with better graphics - "rdr didn't!" RDR wasn't very special. And was bugs and glitched out. And yea, just really wasn't that special of a game, it was pretty, it was open, but it wasn't really special like GTA or CoD or BF or Skyrim etc)
