So? Nobody said it was a bigger deal than that..

Sadly, I already see some conspiracy theorists in this Intel post on FB and I bet it's someone from here. Quoting:

"What is it mean?Do intel hide somth from us"

Not only this thread but the hype for the PC Version is dieing now

4ZVh6.png

Not to me it's not. There's lots of evidence in the leaked build logs, and considering this leak is real, the game has been tested on the PC countless times.

Edit:

These entries are rather interesting, take a look:

Seems as if Rockstar had troubles with turning DirectX11 on. Note that the game's executable on it's DX11 version is called "game_win32_beta_dx11.exe"

If R* continues to be silent on the PC version then I would expect more leaks

There were no leaks about anything when we waited for the PC version of IV. And it came out eventually. Just search for "PC" in the leaked builds document. There's enough evidence suggesting that, AT LEAST, Rockstar DID run the game on the PC. And if they do intend on releasing it later on, they have no work left to do but polish all possible bugs, and learn from the console versions.

It's coming... Just... not right now. :)

Gameseek.co.uk has changed the release date TBC by Rockstar, instead of their earlier release date.

It's simple really, they want to have Online propely running before they announce anything else.

Even the Stimulus pack is delayed, because things are still not running quite like it should.

Sure, and with all these issues with GTA:O the PC version will take slightly longer to release.

* For once because the current console version is FAIRLY stable

* And, again, because there are many entries about GTA:O on the PC version on the builds document.

Well it seems like I'll be playing AC IV  instead of GTA V. And if the GTA V releases in January or February, I won't be playing it at all. Since pretty much every game development company does this: "Let's release all awesome games right when exams begin! TROLOLOL".....I guess I won't be playing Watch Dogs since it's delayed for the Q1 of 2014....

It wouldn't make sense to add the exe of GTAV to the drivers, and removing it with the very next update. It has been added for a reason.

^ They didn't add the executable itself -_- it's an entry that regards "gta5.exe"

What would be interesting to know, has the profile been changed in any way since previous drivers with it.

I have no clue how to deal with that, tho.

There is no way to check it since GTA V profile is hidden to the public and you can only see it with a Hex editor mate.

I did this 3 weeks ago.. Look at the post below..

http://gtaforums.com...-for-your-help/

For beta testing the game for when it comes to PC so we don't have to worry about so many bugs.

If it wasn't for you guys on your 8 yr old systems playing right now and beta testing this game the PC version would be complete crap..

Really from a PC gamer to you guys Thanks a lot...

If next gen version will come earlier than PC-version, i won't buy any R* game anymore and I will also lose all the respect i got for them. That's not the way you treat your older and greater fans. And I'm sorry to say that, it shouldn't have happened...

Rockstar doesn't want to make a pc version cause they know the pc gamers will mod this game and actually make this game playable and fix all of its issues.

This is the worst wait ever, with GTA IV there was no indication PC was coming at all, but all the information we've gotten about V hyped us up that maybe just maybe a little magic might happen, but nothing.

And I'm back or I was never gone? Did you miss me? It is lonely without me isn't it :)
Back to waiting game.

Since then I got R9 280X, and it is working great, except I got some issue with "green" blur effect or whatever when something quick is happening, even with 60fps... Idk. Probaly drivers.
Yes, GTAV.exe is still hidden.

OT: I think they have some issues with transparency textures and when there's AA enabled.

At least I got some green artifacts in DayZs tree leaf/grass transparency textures with AA enabled.

Might be worth looking into.

Just leave if you really think R* doesn't want us to mod their games.

In fact, R* IS supporting mods! They have been putting several videos of GTA mods on their Newswire.

And they are promoting, they liked the GTA1 or GTA2 map in GTAIV.

And regarding the GTAV PC of those leaked images. Are they new or has been found recently?

It's really cool if GTAV PC is actually a DX11 game! I can't want to play it on my future GTX780 Ti!

Playing Batman Arkham Origins has really helped to get my mind off of this nonsense. Such a good game.

A friend brought his console over and we played on one of my monitors from 8pm until 4am. The game was just sick. First time I've tried. The first thing I noticed, was that the driving is actually perfect.

But this makes the waiting even harder.
