I'm having some trouble modding ghost town

Does anyone have any ideas as to why it crashes when I try to load? I only managed to place a basic road layout down which isn't even finished yet.
I'd be grateful for any help on the matter, I can't tell what it is.

I'll give it a shot and see what happens, thanks for the reply!

Exactly. I've saved my map in MEd, then reopened it and found half of Shoreside magically vanished before. Bugs are uncommon, but they do occur. Good luck.

But I think I'm on the right path, I did what you suggested but it still kept crashing. Then I later found out that I had the wrong IPL selected and not my "ghosttown" one. It turns out although I thought that I was placing things in my IPL I was in fact, placing them in one of the industrial ones. So I started it all again and everything seems to be working this time so far.
I hope everything goes to plan.
And it doesn't. It keeps on freezing again, I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I am not deleting or moving what is already there, just trying to place copies of the roads down them hopefully, buildings

|You can't place more than 3 road objects because GTAIII's path limits. (Paths are attached to the road objects and the path limit is already 3 away from the limit so that means that adding 3 roads causes a crash)|
Is there any way to modify this path limit?
