I help run an Epoch server, although I have yet to really play it myself since I'm an admin. Its quite a good game though, but very buggy still on Epoch. As for Arma 3 itself I really like it, playing king of the hill is great fun with friends, but if youre going to play alone its kinda boring.

My gaming rig is being built and ready in two weeks. I've decided Arma 3 is going to be my first proper pc game on a decent machine. (Apart from fsx but that's on low settings on current pc). Is anyone here willing to play Altis Life with me and show me the ropes?

I'd love to play Altis Life with you (if it still exists) since I haven't touched Arma 3 in a long long while. Last I heard there's a new map now as well so I'd like to check that out.

Altis Life is fun when playing with a friend. King of the Hill can be extremely fun when also playing with friends.

Add me on Steam if you want. The name is the same as it is here. Let me know whenever you get your rig up and running

Awesome, thanks! I've added you on steam. Rig will be ready in two weeks, but it'll probably take me a week to learn the controls.

No problem. The controls aren't that difficult, at least not as they were in Arma 2. Most you won't be using anyway.

Shooting will take some getting used to probably.
