  It was fantastic, probably become the game of my dreams, it does not get better, also loved the Beetle, congratulations Mod guy keep it up, you're a genius.
 
  My computer support No ENB Series, but if you give this problem does not mind buying a new computer, this Mod is becoming very important to me.

Btw, if anyone is interested, there is an old topic of mine shows the alpha version of 3xtended, and you can be sure that this mod will look like as it did back then pretty much soon.

There have been an apocalypse in Liberty City and it is now %70 underwater. Claude speed, who is one of the survivors of this apocalypse, this time will fight for himself other than gangs or crime families. Building roofs are your friends, some wrecked, old boats and helicopters are your only hope. Will Claude make it to Carcer City and save himself from this madness? Only he can know.

You should make make a blue-purple-orange-ish sky during the sunset, it's kinda unrealistic but the beauty of the sky will be stunning.

He can add cars without replacing them...He can make a civilian Yardie lobo and name it Lobo or Emperor

Yeah it is. In earlier betas, it was SA Blista Compact, but right now it is from Manhunt, and its getting along with III cars much more than SA one did. Well i cant say i love Idaho but im against GTAIV cars in this mod. They are great in RAGE engine, but in RW, they are just weird. Maybe we can find another replacement for Idaho, how about that?

Hmm, good idea but i dont really think people will be interested in civilian Yardie Lobo, again, i'm open to new car ideas but i want them to be really interesting and worth adding to the game, considering only 9 extra car slots and they are full, only replacing in the original ones is the option to have new cars.

 

NEWS:

 

Ive just completed re-texturing the whole city from stracth, and everything in its place, all the textures are in their best condition. I might go and look for other 1999-2005-era games for hd versions of original GTAIII textures too.

 

You may remember that, i've found like 5 or 6 of original GTAIII textures in NFS Underground 1/2 archives. And they were 512x512. So i still have hope for a truly original and HD GTAIII. Btw, ive also done a lot of HD versions of original textures too.

How do you know it wasnt vice versa?

 

Im not sure why those textures shared by two non-related companies but, we got our HD textures, so moving on ;)

Perhaps it may of been a coincidence..?

Probably not, but most games like GTA (and actually, every game ever probably, what aren't cartoon) get textures off of sites like cgtextures, they could've easily got them off of that and edited them. (Like how in Driv3r there're different windows and such)

yea i agree with you, there must be a texture archive which they get their textures or else, there is no explanation for this.

 

although im pretty sure with hd-era, r* made their own textures. because the textures doesnt look too realistic, or fake. its between, balanced. not like 3era used real photo textures.

Its the original Manhunt 1/2 police car, and original manhunt maps are on their way thanks to Frank.S, so dont worry.

I was not really interested in LCS cars that much, but Forelli gang was not really "in" the game but Joey's mission, so i want them to appear with their cars around Portland. And also, since Saint Mark's Bistro is owned by them, there is a parked Forelli Exsess in front of it.
