TJGM you don't judge me. You are not my boss. I'm trying to make make everyone happy on what I do for them. Since hellya2011 stopped so I'll replace him.

TJGM was just saying that someone else (DK) already started continuing this mod so, working on it is pointless, but I think working together will give perfect results.


Honestly, I'm not even sure if working together would be helpful. DK started the mod from scratch and literally made his own tools so that he could convert R*'s original models from IV to .dff files for San Andreas, he also does this with .ipl files and other stuff. The only reason he's not working on it at the moment is because he's working on some other .dff tools and he ran into limits when converting some areas of the map.

DK said that he had broken IPL limit, but I want to know what exactly is this limit. Does he mean the lines or items in the IPL file (I don't know if there is a limit for this) or does he mean the number of IPL files?

Why are you too sad like this? I mean, this was a great mod and this is the reason why people are still trying to complete it. I really wish the completion for this mod. :sigh:

Pretty sure he wanted to know about the work of the original authors.. it was only a week ago when TheVladonPro said he was still working on it..

Wow, i really can't remember this old GTAForums theme with was already based on the new layout. Or is this just a custom theme that you can select in the settings?

If you are quoting it for me, then I will say again that

 

last 'official' post was made almost a year ago.

 

If you are calling anyone who bumps topic out of nowhere, and he says that adding a few objects to map per week plus some 'non-permited' mods is DEVELOPMENT, then yeah, alright - go on...

Well, I have fixed that ipl limit problem. It was a limit of number of lines for inst section inside ipl file. It was 1000 when my queens_w has 5560 instances. Now this limit was increased.
Now all 5 IPLs
queens_e
queens_m
queens_w
queens_w2
qw_hideworks
are loaded at once.

But that's Liberty City =P...

 

Retard alert...

He means that compared to IV LC's map, San Andreas has only few objects placed in the map and he didn't really notice it until he compared it to IV LC's map.
