@nkjellman : Yep, I am aware about Dodo bugs but I'm not sure it would be fixed as it was not converted by Sleepy. About rooftops, I have no plans on making any map changes.

Xbox Models, original carcols, a few missions and HD Icons, atmosphere alone it's a big step up!

Looking very nice! Especially the last screen! biggrin.gif

A few suggestions:
- Use the original camera angle
- Marker is a little too blue
- Radar blip is SA, but that's an easy fix

Please note that the GTA III mission source code is available, so the SCO guy might copy stuff over directly. smile.gif

Ah, we got the new coder. I have a suggestion: If you done the first 3 missions of Luigi, you should move on to Joey, as the last 2 missions of Luigi are optional.

Any plans on converting the cutscenes?

Blaster, I just started to understand the SCO scripting (big thanks Frank.S he helped me to understand them) I'll try to move even be the first missions of Luigi. And what about the cut scenes I do not know I can only convert them into .bik format take out the old GTA3 but to convert them, I can not.

Don't use the original camera angle. It is terrible. They tried to use it in SA LC. That little change ruined the whole mod for me. It worked in GTA III but its too awkward on another GTA game.

But he means a cutscene camera I think, not in-car view.

Sure man, just wanted to tell you that those optional missions will hold you back story progression wise, despite the fact they are just as fun as the story missions.

Cutscenes as bik is fine, native cutscenes are extremely hard to convert\make. But it IS possible, it would be awesome if someone actually spend time converting them.

Oh, that I would agree with.

The GTA III 3rd person vehicle camera felt awkward when applied to SA, and I feel it would in IV too.

In case of police chasing is helicopter over Claude's head !
Only Dodo is available to fly over LC.

As I can see the radar is more clean now. You removed the restaurant icons. Nice icon14.gif I always hated them in 3RAGE.

Some informations about the Release 2 DEMO :

-It'll only contain Portland, Staunton will be available for view.
-All 3RC's vehicles (excluding Dodo) will be available.
-3 radio stations will be available, their names will be communicated soon.
-Tomorrow will be released the EFLC version, IV version will come later this week.
-Mod is developed for EFLC 1.1.2.0, I haven't tested it on EFLC stock version so some bugs may occur on this version.
-A Easter egg will be hidden in the map.
