It would be nice if add the club malibu in gta lc

For the game would be more fun to take advantage of some buildings gta vc to gta lc

The game becomes boring at times because there's no way to enter the buildings

And add club malibu the game would be more fun because it would have a building that could enter

what do you think of adding the malibu club in gta lc?

For it would be cool if GTA: LC had more new things

Have you heard about the missions excluded from gta 3?

That mission was given by Darkel. This mission required that you took a Dodo, and if he played in Love Media, killing Donald Love. The mission was withdrawn because it had references to September 11.



It would be nice if any of you build the missions of Darkel again

I am not opposed to including more interiors, provided they can be created in a quality that is consistent with Rockstar's work.

Regarding the Darkel stuff, unless we knew exactly what was cut, there's no way we could try to recreate it. From the source code of GTA3, the only clue they gave was there was originally one more mission after S.A.M. but before The Exchange. What that mission was and how it would have been played out is a pure mystery. Anyone who claims they know what it was is only guessing. The only thing ever officially confirmed by Rockstar was them saying they removed one mission "that referenced terrorists." Again, any other specific details are purely speculation.

Oh, and we need more than just willingness to help. You actually have to be able to do the work required. You said that you figured out how to animate the mouths in the cutscenes. Please share your findings if you have. If you haven't are you're just going to talk about how you can help but not actually contribute anything, then please don't waste our time.

Got a dff and txd file of a character in gta vc
Example merc.dff and merc.txd
merc.dff and merc.txd is Mercedes of the gta vc
How do I know the character of GTA VC has mouth movements
created skins of the characters from GTA 3 run in the archives of the characters in GTA VC
example: Mercedes GTA VC
I did skin to transform into Misty GTA 3
Then the Mercedes was equal with Misty GTA3 and with the mouth movements due
I did this with multiple characters
8Balls of GTA 3 I used the body of Lance Vance of GTA VC
and they stayed with the mouth movements
I used the same pattern of gta vc to make the characters had to movements in the mouth, because the way the gta vc works is different from gta 3

sorry, we support the unmodified version of sfx.RAW (as shipped with GTA:VC) ONLY!
what to do? cryani.gif i didn't modify the sfx.RAW file

Did you leave the SFX.raw and .sdt from Vice City or did you replace them with GTA III's?

no,i leave sfx.raw and .sdt from vice city
maybe because i downloaded vice city from a torrent and it has a modded sfx.raw and sfx.sdt file

What is the difference in the lighting in the LC mod compared to VC? I make
the colors for a '57 Chevy car mod look good for me in VC then don't like how
they look in the LC mod. Is one brighter, have different tints for the sunlight
colors, or ?

I think it's the timecyc, makes Vice City take on the grit of LC more clearly.

I color the body of Klarnetist's '57 cab (he gave me permission to mod and
distribute his '57 Chevy mods) with a body2.bmp file of the .txd file. Comparing
a sunny mid-afternoon shot of the same mod in VC and the LC mod, the
timcyc.dat of the LC mod gave it one point redder hue, about 30 points grayer
saturation, and a couple points more luminescent, so I compensated.

Well, wa all know R* has announced Vice City 10th Anniversary iOS and Android re-release. Since both Anniversary games seem to have absolutely equivalent engines, it could be extremely easy to port III content to VC. What do y'all think about Mobile III with motorbikes?

Replace the files in your Vice City installation with the files in the given GTA:LC installation .RAR, or use an installing application that will install GTA:LC. It's actually really simple. Good luck on installing!

I never (sadly) got this mod to work here, it crashes during loading every single time sad.gif

The next version will be either Beta 4.0 of GTA:LC Final 1.0 (depending on how stable it is).

And the next release could be quite a ways away. We're waiting for ModelingMan to return or if someone else can figure out how to recreate the cutscene heads. I'd also like to use the XBOX peds, but since nobody has been able to do that for us yet, I don't know if it will get done.

I've winxp sp2 on dell optiplex gx 620 and tried this mod on original vice city. But it's not working.
Poblem: When I start a new game it gets closed without sending error report.

I have spoken with rmws. a few times and he was not able to convert the peds into VC format for us. So we're still waiting.

GTAIII Xbox peds and actors ARE in VC format, but some models require minor fixing and the problem is if you want to export the model, you must re-attach all bones to mesh and that process is really time consuming (at least for me, because I'm not experienced enough in VC model rigging).

And Craig, is it possible to complete the game 100%? I passed every single mission and all side stuff, but I'm still stuck at 98%. I didn't break mission sequence like killing Kenji before finishing his missions etc.

You sure you beat all the 3 extra submissions we added in Beta 3.3? Say, one bike-related side mission for each island, they DO count towards 100% aswell.

Yes, I have gotten to 100% with the latest files. Were those last bike missions the only thing you were missing?

Yes, I passed them and successfully reached 100%. I can confirm that this version is super stable, not a single crash occurred.

I must have an earlier version. I just remember "Airport Aggression" for a
motorcycle side mission and got 100%.
