What's the difference ?! as long as the game process the texture you set up, it doesn't count if is mipmaped or not, smudged or half of the image erased. I never seen a game to know of, that separates the video settings from multiplayer and singleplayer.

yep, thats pretty much true, where ever I read his nickname "HPro" I see negative criticism, argument...

He isn't always negative, he said "Good work" on my mod.

OT:
Will this mod work on low spec computers?
I currently have a low-spec comp, and I am wondering if the textures will effect my performance. whatsthat.gif

Most probably .. it will have an impact on performance, since Flame uses 2048x2048 texture resolutions, though, I think mipmaps would help? Since they slightly improve performance, by sizing down photos from a distance. smile.gif

Well, it all depends on your PC specs, with Intel GPU, you might notice some performance drops, but it will not be a big one like ENB. I was using many retexture mods with my HD5670 DDR3 with 2048x2048 resolutions and haven't noticed any performance drops.

I guess i'll try it, ENB usually drops me from 30-35FPS to 15-10 FPS. confused.gif

Development of the mod is suspended

for my holiday. smile.gif

When I spoke at last time about it that I was tired from working out and I need a rest, I continued (though not as rapidly) the developing, but now I am officially and completely suspended work to later return with double force.

I made the two new videos - these are video-slideshows with best screenshots of Los Santos (I decided that we can look back); this time I tried to make as many videos to promote mod with help of YouTube. First slideshow video you can see now:

Can you read? He's having a holiday now, and he'll be back working on the mod someday within this summer. HRT 1.4 will most likely be released this year.

Just a question. Do you will retexture every single vehicle in the game ? You could use this mod here (just .dff files) SA Vehicles Update and add your rextextured vehicles.

Vehicles in HRT 1.4 - are only new textures (TXD), but anyway looks to be better then in original game.

Very interesting mod, but sorry - I doubt I'll be include it in HRT 1.4. I understand that without some third-party mods can not do, but I want as little as possible to resort to mods by other authors. If that mod compatible with standard textures (and hence with textures from HRT 1.4), you can play with them and with HRT later.

No. There are 204 DFF files, and a modified vehicle.txd. I do like this mod, if you don't like to add any fancy cars.
