HRT 1.4: official site of the mod is opened, new video released — «San Fierro (SFe section)»
Most momentous event in recent times for me, as for author of the modification — is opening of the official site of HRT 1.4: hrt-mod.com!
Site was launched (only formally launched, because user could see only «Coming soon» page) in December 2013. And only now site opens its doors for users. I hope, you'll like it. Site will be a «main station», place where will be published all news, development reports, materials about the mod. Now site is on a very early stage of development and it will be constantly improved.
Second important news is the release of new video (few days ago on my channel was added its announce). New video timed to the opening of site and shows giant section of the game (territory of GTA: San Andreas is divided on different sections) that named SFe.
This is the most long video at the moment (five minutes) and first long video from December 2013.
Soon work on this section will come to end. And, finally, the most pleasant moment will be moment when the mod will be finished. It will happen this year.
P.S. Changed picture with logo of the mod on first page and on Mod DB.

Nothing like seeing awesome textures next to the abysmal original vegetation with alpha problems
The most amazing part is that these textures fit so seamlessly into original game's atmosphere, not breaking it in any way.
There's still one more San Fierro section, then will you make LV, or Countryside/Desert with Bayside?

About next purpose I think, we will decide later.Nothing like seeing awesome textures next to the abysmal original vegetation with alpha problems

How many parts of SF are left (and waiting for work)? One, SFw (and current section).yay! the web is open! anyway, could you tell us which part that has been undone?

One section - is Bayside. Four sections of Las Venturas, if I not forgot, four of countryside etc. I will count again later.and for the entire SA?

HRT 1.4 now powered by Unreal Engine 4
HRT 1.4 will change game engine: now it powered by Unreal Engine 4
GTA: San Andreas game has very old technologies, so I decided to remade mod on the one of new game engines. I have chose Unreal Engine 4. Mod will be released as a standalone game and will be cost 40$ (I doubt that Rockstar would be offended; at best, they can count on some royalty). Game will be released in the beginning of 2016.
The plot will also be changed slightly, but now I can not disclose details. I can say only that a bit of science fiction is not hurt for this game.
Owners of old PCs, do not worry, as soon as I get profit from this super-next-gen-version of HRT 1.4, it will be released also as free mod for SA.
Already ready some footage from new version.

I only buy that with Oculus Rift support
It looks damn buggy on this vid. Terrible job.
I think the game doesnt get enough ram, memory512_Unreal_Life.cs should fix that

memory2048_Unreal_Life.cs should be better.
Or the ASI version of Stream Memory Fix. Does Unreal even support ASI?

Game will support Oculus Rift, I work closely together with Oculus VR.I only buy that with Oculus Rift support
We do not need plugins, all will work with native functions of the engine.memory2048_Unreal_Life.cs should be better.

Game will support modding and will released with some SDK (but modmakers must buy a special licence!).
It looks damn buggy on this vid. Terrible job.

Are the alpha problems finally fixed with this new engine?(helicopter rotors are correct?)
How big will this mod be?
How long will I make these questions despite the fact it's nearly over April Fools
Though I liked the previous years' joke more (Minecraft textures).

This was a April Fools' Day joke, relax.will the free version use Unreal too? my PC is 3 years old and i don't wanna pay 40 dollars just for a mod... (it's very expensive in my country)

(By the way, if talk about engines, I like RenderWare 3x engine from SA; yes, technologies are old for our time, but - and this is interesting - new versions of RenderWare, like in Burnout: Paradise, looks very cool, because this I cannot understand if somebody talk that engine is bad).

SFe, part 39. Rocks for a diving
These are rocks in San Fierro on SFe section, through which we must in one of missions from Wu Zi Mu.
You can see these screenshots also on Mod DB
Used new good textures in 1024x1024 resolution. Interesting detail: I tried add reflections on model of rocks, but they look bad and I left this.
And something other: video, but not from the mod:
Cities and places from GTA: San Andreas in real life
When I did video for the April Fool's Day (HRT 1.4 on Unreal Engine 4) for HRT 1.4 mod, I found a lot of interesting videos captured by users in which showed exactly places and cities, that we see in GTA: San Andreas game: houses and trams in San Francisco (San Fierro in game), views of Los Angeles (Los Santos), Santa Monica pier (Santa-Maria in the game), main street in Las Vegas (Las Ventures). I collected again most interesting fragments in this little video. I'm sure that many know the places that we seen in the game.

Hi Flame! Do you remember me? My nickname is Till_Lindermann. I was very surprised when i noticed that your topic on gforums was closed. I think that you did the best retexturing modification ever. This is very good that you continue this beautiful work. Good luck!

Hello. Of course, I remember you. I closed that thread because I do not have enough time for update both threads (and do not have enough time for everything). Also very important reason is that see much more interest to the mod from English-speaking users.Hi Flame!

Hey Flame, I was wondering if you are going to do weapon textures too? The standard textures are pretty bad and I would like to see newer and better ones. If you do not want to retexture weapons, that is fine, I understand.
