stretched model

So I recently modified the m4 from GTA and I export it and everything's ok except when I open up open IV the model is stretched ???? confused.gif

try scaling it in 3ds

Just tried no dice, still looks stretched

edit: It seems I am able to move it forward, but this still does nothing for the stretching. Anyone? I only need to fix the stretching and I will be done with this m4

first of all, click on scale and look down for the coordinates, they should be all (x,y,z) 100,00. if they are not, there is your problem.just write 100,0 on all the coordinates. finally, before exporting go to the utilities and select reset xform, then just convert to mesh and export, so simple.
