Spend some time RUNNING around, like painting the Gang Tags if you haven't already.
Or Fatten CJ up and go to the gym to ride the bicycle. (Three units of fat=One unit of stamina)

Running is required to develope the Health Bar naturally and increase stamina. Although the Gym Bicycle is quicker for stamina by burning off the fat.

Actually, Level 12 of Paramedic side mission maxes the Health bar(and faster, i believe?) I confirmed that last time I was messing around and started a new game with Dem's Mission Passer's code tool active, and when I entered the Ambulance and pressed the left CTRL key to activate the side mission, it maxed the health bar and said "Mission Passed- $5000"....

You're right,but the fact that you never have to stop to rest is something good.Of course if you have max stamina you can run for a long while,but still.

Yes, a quick way to maximize stamina is complete the burglar missions or just go on the excercise bike at the gym until stamina is maxed.
