Where did you add object exactly? Clear things up.

Make sure you haven't put any IPL non-LOD object with distance longer than 300.0.
The problem may lie in binary IPL file(s) stored within IMG archive(s) as well.
Try to restore them original, but beware of their order in IMG archive, more info here: http://www.gtaforums...st&p=1061140178

Name levelmap.ipl doesn't necessarily mean that error is in this file, it could be any other IPL file.

Any IPL object of first time priority must have lower distance than 300.0, however it may point to another object second time priority located within the same "inst" section, commonly called LOD object.
