HD Claude for GTAIV

Edit: Okay after 2 hours i got it working. I've deleted everything except the bag itself. However, i had to use another file than yours unfortunately because the file still doesn't open. Here's the progress so far:

Save that as a 3dsmax scene, then open one of Niko's bags (new scene) on 3dsmax, then add (not new) the 3dsmax scene of your bag and try to scale or something.

I like your mod really much but i have a problem:
When i go to a mission i cant see Claude's head,it is disappeared It doesnt look so nice in cutscenes when the player doesnt have a head. Do you know how to fix it?

The model isnt rigged for cutscene animations, so all you will see
Is his head moving according to the body but not eyes or lips
So he prefered to put a shader to the head so hair wouldnt be all fked up
Its better to see a 90% of the time with a nice playable cloud than some weird hair bug in change of a not

I saw this mod and it loved it that much.. i reinstalled the game just to try it out...
i thought the hair on your model was a little off.... ( no offense ) think it was due to you using the old gta III textures... anyways i redid the hair texture and alpha sections using some Photoshop brushes...
cant wait to see a cut scene head.. although it is quite funny playing the game as a headless Nicko

The cutscene-(almost)ready model are uploaded to my dropbox.
In cutscenes the head looks like it's cut here and there.I think it's the exporter tool or I dunno.The hair texture should be redone...
This mod was made for III to Rage mods(no cutscenes yet). So I don't really care about the model's appearance in cutscenes.

I swear most of the fun with custom models comes from seeing them in cut scenes. It's like the demo theatre in Metal Gear Solid 2, endless fun watching MGS1 Snake kill MGS2 Snake..
