Looks badass, man! Thanks for uploading this.
No real complaints so far, other than maybe his hair is a little too black at the moment compared to his brown hair in GTAIII.

Besides that, if you get the head working in cutscenes and include the "classic" skin with the original textures as an alternative, this mod will rock!

I'll upload the latest files tomorrow.It has rigged eyes, eyelids and eyebrows(any further rigging would mess up his face).
And I'm done with his shoes and pants.His jacket's model is done too but I'm not happy with its textures so I'm gonna redo it.If you know any useful tutorial about making realistic leather jacket textures please let me know.

DXT1 is what IV had after research from Yurban from the III Rage mod made this discovery.Others seem that the engine don't support or like well.

Let me correct you here.
Research from one person doesn't mean it's a 100% true. I also have done a lot of research on various features of RAGE. I don't share most of it cause I can't back it up other then saying it works for me.
I converted entire IVSA to DXT1, no difference on my pc. It depends on (gfx) memory. DXT5 has a (better) alpha channel, so converting full maps to DXT1 is bad. For characters it's fine to use DXT5.

As you said can't be 100% just because you don't see it helps others i tryed i saw it works well.Me and Yurban tested this i say it's best to follow what the Engine had in first place.
*Edit*
Correction DXT5 is needed for best quality for bump and spec maps.
