[Q]Z-buffering, drawing

Hello. I want to ask is this possible to draw texture above already drawed textures. Is this possible with manipulations with Z-coordinate? I tried to set Z coord to negative value, -1.0 f.e, but then I don't see texture on a screen.

PS I use original RenderWare's procedures to draw.

Normally, you should be able to temporarily disable depth buffer. I have no idea how it works with RenderWare, though. Your -1.0 doesn't work because it puts the texture outside of clipping space. Personally, I would suggest working with a more civilized graphics library, if that's at all an option.
