What are the Dodgers doing? lol

Rollins is washed up.

You trade your 2nd basemen who really proved he can be in the bigs last year for a Great pitching prospect...Then trade him for a second basemen whose best years are behind him.

Then Trade Kemp to a Division Rival Padres for prospects. Wow.

Why is it the wrong market?

it's just silly; picking Puig for the cover of MLB would be like picking Jeremy Linn for the cover of NBA. they're trying to capture a trend but they're already 6 months late to the party.

at least put someone on the cover from a team that has won something in the last 10 years.

put the Kung Fu Panda on the cover.

not only is Sandoval popular but the Giants are winners.

the Dodgers are losers.

That would be tough though since he isnt on the Giants anymore. It wold be wierd to put Pablo on the cover in Giants stuff when he plays for the Red Sox.

And if you put him on the cover in Red sox stuff then that would piss off a lot of Giants fans. and rightfully so.

I think Stanton would have been a good choice.

sh/t I forgot they just got rid of his ass.

oh well.

point remains. there are literally 25 other players who would have been a better cover than Puig.

It's the new front office. They replaced their GM with the guy that used to be the GM for the Rays. I don't know why they are doing all of these moves. They say they want to get rid of a lot of salary even though they have big pockets and had a very competitive team. These trades are just making the team worse

Kemp is going to San Diego?????? This all went from being an interesting season for the Dodgers... to just being plain out stupid now.

Really disappointed in that trade, Kemp had a comeback season last year and unless the Padres have another 2010 record, we won't be seeing him killing it in October.

Really thought that Melky would stay with Toronto or go to either the Mariners or the Orioles. Instead he signs with the White Sox.

He's a very great player, I heard Blue Jays offered him 3/39 while the White Sox offered 3/42...  Jays could have really stepped up a bit more

Best of luck to Melky over in Chicago, he'll need it.

Motte hasnt really been the same since his Injury though right? Not too big of a loss I dont believe.

IM still waiting on the Giants to do something. If we dont, then here comes a sh*t season.

Motte was by far the most steady and consistent closer we've had for the past half-decade.

we have good starting, decent relieving, but very iffy closing.

a lot of people here would've liked to see Motte make the comback in a Cardinals uniform.

we don't have a lot of confidence in our closing.

I think you guys screwed up by not keeping Neshak. That guy, from what I saw of him, was nails.

Bily Beane is an idiot. No Surprise and it shouldnt come as a surprize if you are an A's fan.

Meanwhile across the Bay, The Giants arent doing sh*t and watchign the rest of the NL west get better.

They're probably waiting for the next off-season

Justin Upton traded to the Padres... makes me wonder what the Braves are going to do with B.J
