Yep , from my point of view , he also wears CJ's hightops , CJ's beta jeans but in black colour , CJ's beta vest but it have creamy colour and slightly yellowish skin colour , and about the face , rockstar y u no show us cesar's beta face lol.gif

And what about the not confirmed extension of the Mark's Bistro Mission?

In GTA3, if you get into the garden, you'll see a stunt jump area, although you can't get there...and in SA the LC got too much details, like Misty's building, Luigi's place, they didn't need to add that, since you only see the Mark's Bistro area in that mission...

Update: After looking through the interior.img yesterday I found some pictures of beta vehicles (hydra and NRG500) so I recreated them.

I had made this LSPD skin for the chopper some time ago (just a totally minor edit) rolleyes.gif here Gtagarage link. I've seen a pic in which the police bikes said "911" instead of "SAPD", I think getting that would require editing the texture map on the bike's model...

there is also a cutscene 9mm and some other stuff too, but just because they're in cutscene.img doesn't mean they are beta smile.gif
however:

at 7:47
it seems in beta the bottle used different texture, in original the bottle is white, and some beta screenshots show original white bottle too. but I think in beta, it used to have various bottles in game since there is a drinking feature in SA beta. it's look better than the white one in my opinion. in break_bar.txd, a brown one and a different bottle texture can be found:

in SA introduction video, Rosenberg had white undershirt, I know it's not beta video or something, but it could be the beta one too
