Nope, it is not. Still waiting for scripters to join, but BETA 1 is complete, and will be released soon.

About scripters, i advise you, ManDog, to ask Yelmy about the help. As i know he is a professional(possibly master) scripter on gta san andreas, but if i'm not mistaken he knows even 3 and vice city's scripts. He is russian, here's his site http://yelmi.com/users/1.html . Btw, he has written all gta anderius's missions, possibly some gtamushroomia's missions(here i'm not sure) and other mods. He is very old and skilled in scripting.

Not necessarily. If you watch the beta Tommy animation very closely, the arm movements is completely different. Plus from my opinion, beta Tommy walk looks similar to Niko's walking animation in GTA IV.

I Already stared some kinda beta mod. I made the beta fire,Sounds,HUD and Wheels
And i have add the Tear Gas. So can i help?

True, the beta walking animation looks like it could be hidden in the ped.ifp file check a look through there, or check San Andreas ped.ifp as well since R* used the same beta Tommy walking animation on CJ in the beta San Andreas as well. Most likely the beta file of the animation is in the ped.ifp file.

BTW, Maurice, I made the wheels too, they're in TripleAs's beta car pack, which is in this mod, iirc.

I don't know if you guys knew about this, but in the beta when Tommy carry a shotgun or an assault rifle, the running animation was used from GTA III

Here's an example: In this video @ 1:00 you can see the running animation I'm referring to. That same animation was used on the beta or very early alpha stage of GTA Vice City.

However we should release something sigh.gif to encourage scripters to join.
Otherwise we are going to be like some mods that are forever in a developing phase and never reach completion and all the work (if any) goes to waste

Anyways, sorry for the delay. I made something, Mandog. Hope you like it. I will upload that file in Mediafire. I am just checking that file if it works with other versions (I am having V2 and there ae some V1 and V1.1, so just checking if the user doesn't gets any bugs due to this.)

Also, if you want to work on IDE and IPL files, then I recommend you to play GTA VC in Designer Mode:

1. Make a shortcut of the gtavc.exe in any folder.
2. Then, Open the Shortcut's properties.
3. Then, there will be coloum of the root file. It will be like this,"C:/Programs Files (if XP or Vista then same or 7 then add x68)/Rockstar Games/GTA Vice City/gtavc.exe" -d Here, add -d at this place
4. Run it and all the Objects will be disappeard. Find the player position by using this tool: Player Position Tutorial is inside with it. wink.gif

Wow! Cool, ManDog. Nice colour, btw, you should change radar. Put alpha/beta(better alpha) radar instead of final one in the game.

Just saying, there's a lot of stuff that needs to be put in this too; like the beta Regina, Cabbie, Sabre, Stinger, Infernus, Maverick rotor blades, Washington, and Virgo to name a few, and then with the map the small canal in Vice Port, no beaches on the mainland island, less roads and alleyways in Ocean Beach, no islands in Ocean beach, and a weird bend in one of the bridges. Then with the peds there's all of those beta ones you can see in pre-release pictures.

Every single ped: Done
All vehicles: Done
What do you mean with no islands?
What weird bend on a bridge?
There is still loads of beaches in main island, do you mean a loss of beach at top of the main island?
Alleyways were still there in beta, the beta map (lod) texture isn't that detailed, because if you saw in that, there are no alleyways anywhere.
